This office does not even warrant a single star; unfortunately, that is the only option available. My family reached out to obtain information regarding our loved one, but the individual who answered the phone was exceedingly rude and condescending. I have never seen such a group of rude, nasty, insensitive people in my life. I needed to obtain autopsy records for a murdered member of my family. Yes, a very difficult thing to have to do. The people I spoke to were condescending and calloused. They attempted to make me into a bad person for merely asking. This place is pathetic.
If you live in Pima County, I suggest u vote this coroner out of office. They will not help u even if you find out elderly were abuse and overdosed at a local facility. They'll only do an autopsy if ur loved one "WAS NOT UNDER DOCTOR'S CARE." Really??? What 80+ or even 70+ is not under DOCTOR'S care?? Things in Pima County need to change to protect the elderly.
