Got a call back on a screwed up order promptly after posting this review which was partially my fault. So I'm changing the rating to medium because their phone service says they were open til 6 Pac time but the phone lines actually close at 5:00 PAC. I did get a call and that was good. Would have been easier if they had just answered the phone.

First time here as a student pilot looking to try on some headsets. Long wait for service but the gentleman at the counter was very helpful in choosing a headset.
For a store that claims they have a lot of stock they had nothing that I needed in my time of need. If you're a student pilot you're probably OK but if you're commercial pilot I wouldn't suggest going there!
