Use Sporty's, Guilf Coast Aviation, or even Amazon. Pilot mall's customer service is terrible and their 30 day return policy is a borderline scam as they mislead you by including the week they take to process your order, before they even ship it. Please read my review and decide for yourself if I should have been charged $124 for a return of headset that I used once and was very unhappy with. I followed all Pilot mall rules to qualify for a full refund. So wrong for a company not to honor their return product and instead steal someone’s hard earned money. Just the principal envolved.... Shane on you Pilot Mall.... Remember the customer is always right....
The customer service here is simply outstanding! I initially ordered a product from their site but unfortunately, was sold out. One of their employees immediately contacted me, apologized and truly wanted to make things right. His name is Neil Glazer and his professionalism is world class. The company needs to promote him....like right now... Thanks again Neil and to PilotMall! You guys have earned these 5 stars and I hope to do business again with you in the future!!!
