David the Manager does a great job... He was cruising around the lot helping us find parking... 1st time I've seen anyone go to that much trouble to help us Drivers. Thank you.

Compared to many other Pilot/Flying J Travel Centers this one is small but it seems to run efficiently and is generally clean. My only complaint is that they have got to hire some security to rein in on the aggressive panhandlers. This seems to be an issue at all Pilot/Flying J's and, at times, I feel like going somewhere else just to avoid the issue.

The inside was clean and well kept. But the things i found that i didn't like is the lot lizards bothering truckers and all the trash on the ground in the back of the parking area and the homeless bothering people for money among other things.

The parking lot can use some extending and need to move the cat scale. The employees are very friendly.

Pretty typical Pilot. It is too small for the amount of business that it gets. Laundry room is pathetic. Bathrooms aren't kept up as well as they should be. Shower was OK...small but good hot water. The toilet in the shower wasn't clean and that always makes me wonder where else they may be a little slipshod with their cleaning.
