one person is right drivers don't want to park in spots and it does make it difficult to get out and get fuel and sometimes there is only one person running the disk and u have to push for time and pls fix the parking lot
Are we supposed to bring in our own toilet paper when we use the showers. This is not the 1st time I've went into a Pilot shower and there was no paper.
The store is not a problem. Here for a reset: dropped trailers everywhere. Yet to see any move. God only knows how long they've been taking up space here.
Used the scale always somewhere to park here it's a little run down. But staff is friendly very helpful. Slept there the night before it was fine. The restaurant is awesome.
Staff was really friendly showers were clean and didn't have to wait along time. Parking lot is another story.... it needs repairs, trash picked up and the ppl begging for money needs to be removed...Wendy's was a great place to stop in for dinner, just wish the ppl making the food wouldn't joke around or goof off while ppl were waiting for food...
Service gets worse everyday, but pretty much my only fuel option
What a mess, pull in and wait an hour for a shower after you stand in line for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Then if stay over take a chance on getting your fuel stolen while you sleep.
18 people waiting to get a shower this pilot is under construction only 6 shower working I’m ok with that but going wait over 2 hours and no where to sit people are standing everywhere in the store need a little planing
completely remodeled and has most of what you need while traveling
