I had to wait 5 hours just to take a shower. That's completely unacceptable for a truck stop. Drivers work long hours and deserve better service. The facilities were fine, but the extremely long wait made the experience very frustrating. I hope they improve the shower availability and reduce the waiting time for truck drivers.
