I’ve been coming here for 7 years and always had a pleasant experience (aside from the fact that it’s always packed and some of the pumps don’t work). Recently, I’ve noticed a change in attitude, specially from Donna. I have no idea if the fact that she got new teeth has anything to do with it, but she’s been very short and tempered as of late. Last time she didn’t want to sell me something, only because I asked a question. I told her “don’t bite my head off, I’m only asking a question” (no pun intended).
The showers need repair they have no hot water and then you get moments of the scalding blast and then back to ice cold. The shower heads are broken and leaking the seals are no good the water won't shut off and they're taking deliveries at the front door entrance of the store and piled all the boxes blocking the customer's way out of the store the employees are always yelling and laughing and talking non-stop but not much getting done anytime soon while inventory is spread out all over the floor
It’s a terrible location. I made a reservation for parking, but they didn’t provide one. They just told me they can’t help me find a parking spot. horrible experience...
If you like hot showers, stay away! Every time I took a shower in here, it was colder than a witch’s in a brass bra! Truck parking is typical for a PFJ, cramped and “creative.” I was lucky to get a real spot, others, not so much. Bobtails going 6 x 2 by the stairs with a few others scattered around. Some combos even parked on the road. At least inside, it’s somewhat clean. There’s your typical truck stop mess in the bathroom, but could be worse.
