I purchased a cooler earlier this morning at this Pilot location. My husband also bought a cooler, resulting in us accidentally ending up with two coolers. I returned to the store to return the cooler I bought, which was unused and purchased only three hours prior. They hire all mexican people, they have not sence , they take care our people ,, i am waiting for shower and no guest ahead me . Still I had to wait for half an hour. I told the staff that you have so many showers and I have to wait for a lot of time. But nobody paid any attention to what I said and the ladies kept chatting amongst themselves. I don't think their manager was paying any attention to them as those two-three ladies kept doing it for 45 minutes goshap
