They had nice people
Shorty J. is hands-down one of the best parts of stopping at this Pilot. She is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything a customer needs. She brings the kind of energy that can improve your day before you even get back on the road. Great customer service is getting harder to find, but Shorty J. makes it look easy. Pilot definitely has a good one!
Jill, aka Shorty, is an absolute rock star! She is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. She somehow manages to keep things moving while still making everyone feel noticed and taken care of. Pilot is lucky to have her. Honestly, she deserves a raise, a cape, and probably her own reserved parking spot. Thanks for always making the stop a better one, Shorty!
Biscuit at the hot holding was soggy and hard at 3:15am no time stamp on hot foods which make sense why the Biscuit wasnt edible waste of $5! Cappuccino machine needs cleaned bc it doesnt give much flavor mostly water which indicates a cleaning is over due or product is expired/ needs recalibrated. Overall this location just looks dirty. I would recommend going a mile up the road and stopping at Loves!
