9/4/26 I am thoroughly disgusted with this pilot. I am a female driver that came to this establishment to book a shower to wash away days of work. Completely minding my business in the shower. Destressing from the road. When a pilot employee [older big black lady with braids] comes banging on the shower door as if she holds a federal license. Peaking my ptsd & anxiety. July 28, 2026 after a very long day working. I finished my clothes before midnight. I rested my eyes and dozed off. I was dreaming “so, I thought “ that of a ranging monster, Mary rudely woke me up at 1:20 Am July 29, 2026 from a deep sleep…aggressively banging on my door/window (yelling open your door or window!)
