Staff seems to have a attitude that they don't care about their jobs. Parking lot is hard to park in. Recommend bypassing this one. Also not much for food selection. Flying J 1 exit west of here if you got to have pilot.
Friendly staff. Showers fine and no waiting. No problem parking as I bobtailed. Deadend lot for trucks not good. Looks like they could remove their grass area to open an exit if they wanted.
Poor water pressure. Hot water would go in and out so the shower sucked. Plenty of parking. But good luck getting into one bc it's so tight and way under staffed.
It took 20 minutes to pay for my coffee but ok.it was my fuel stop
Not one of their better places. Parking lot is deadend which confuses drivers. Poor location of pumps. Not the friendliest workers either. But other than that it a 5 star resort
I usually enjoy my stops at Pilot's from Pennsylvania to Alabama, however this stop I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the shower area I was given. Toilet had a scum film at the water level on the bowl ( among other things) ,mirror and faucet had toothpaste spit on them, and hair on the shower floor. I spoke with the staff at the counter of my findings, I was offered a shower to be added tomy card, I declined, I simply wanted to make them aware that the shower areas need more time and attention . These places are always under staffed, there's always back ups going in or out of fuel,lanes. People are great there .
Good peaple. Parking seriously sucks if your a newer driver. Got woke up last night when someone backed into my truck.
