Early time I go to the Pilot I love their customer service every time I go there they always have a small only face and I loved it good customer service
Clean, courteous hmmm faxing a document 2 $s a piece. Very discouraged. Not worth it. A rip off. Guess that how they make their money.

Laundry sucked. Attendant was very nice and helpful with washer feont loader door. Shower was clean but lukw warm water and shower water ran out on to the floor. Got one of our bags wet.
