We had our son and daughter in law’s reherseal dinner at Pilot Project in September Kristi was very responsive and answered every question, even troubleshooting when the rooftop became unavailable due to weather. We did a hourly buffet which worked out great. The food and the staff were fantastic. Wanted an upscale casual wvening and Pilot Project did not disappoint.
Pilot Project recently hosted our team gathering of 100 people, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Kristi and the entire team were absolutely wonderful to work with—organized, responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Just had a wedding here last week. The venue is great and had the best time, but the management was an absolute disaster. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, we were assured that we had the rooftop space reserved for our cocktail hour and that our backup space in the event of inclement weather would be the barrel room.
