This place is terrible. They were referred to me by a friend. I am selling my home and needed to verify if leak needed to be fixed. First they scheduled me between 12 and 4 just to call me at 3:59 saying there was a schedule conflict cause the person assigned to meet me was not working during the day. They told me everything was fine at 3pm when I called to make sure someone was coming. Following day(last Friday) the tech gets there. I explain the situation. I called in on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment the following Monday. (They could have come on the weekend, but it wasn't an emergency.)
