Was able to get an estimate right away, then was able pick my repair day within a week. Arrived when they told.me they would be here and competed the work quickly.
I was replacing a faucet in my kitchen sink and the shut off valves were bad and rust welded onto the water supply nipples. The nipples were also stuck as wrll. I spoke to a technician, and he told me if I have channel locks or a pipe wrench that I could try removing the nipples myself. Andy was helpful over the phone and tried to help me completely for free.I wasnt able to get them out but Andy drove to Southeast Portland from Longview at night and had to run new pipe down to the basement because one of the lines broke off.... read more
