I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and customer service by Andrey and Jeramie who fixed a broken water heater in my home where my terminally ill father resides. I work for the military and currently live in the east coast, so I was reliant on good communication, responsiveness, and transparency to fix this problem from across the country. We couldn’t be happier. We lost water to the house, and our Home Warranty Company said it would take over a week to send someone out. I spoke with Rich at Pilot Plumbing and he immediately put us at ease, assuring us that someone would be out the same day, and sure enough, Jeremy went out of his way to come out to the woods at the end of his workday, no less – to come and fix our broken water line. My 1st impression of Pilot Plumbing & Drain has been very positive. I made an appointment on Saturday for a quote on the following Monday. Andre, their technician, arrived on time in spite of the fact that he had to navigate around road closures and heavy road paving equipment on my street. Andre and Jeremy came out to change a while home water filter system. They were incredibly efficient. They did a clean and tidy job. They ensured everything was working properly before they left. We always receive great service from Pilot Plumbing. Kudos to Andy for having another great crew!
