The food and cocktails were not very good. The bus boy spilled 1/2 bowl of soup (that my son didn’t eat because it was not very good) on my sons lap. There was no apology. When I went to buy him a T-shirt so he could change out of the one that had cream soup all over it they still charged me for the shirt and the soup! Very disappointed in the service and the food. This is usually one of our stops when in Key Largo, however we won’t be back.
They have a great happy hour menu and beer prices. Good bartenders and servers.
Great lunch at the bar with DJ taking awesome care of us.
Fish was so fresh and calamari was great! Location is great too! I would go back.
If you request something special from kitchen, due to food allergies, be prepared to pay for a microwaved piece of fish with no seasonings. 29.00 for this. The palce was empty maybe the cook could of added salt, pepper, butter, but no, I guess that was too much work. Very disappointed, Ill go to Mc Donalds next time.
I am a local and have enjoyed many wonderful meals at the Pilot House. I was happy to see that they have switched to paper straws. Thank you for caring about our environment.
