I had an excellent delivery experience and couldn’t be happier. Freddie and Rafael were absolutely incredible—very friendly, down-to-earth, and extremely professional from start to finish. The NY branch deserves a ZERO review. Our item has been sitting at Jamaica for 2 weeks, finally a delivery was scheduled but never happened. NO ONE answers their phone, and NO ONE returns the calls. The NJ office does not have even the most updated tracking info, and can not help locating the dispatch.

National 24 hours/ 7 days National Customer Service - that is a lie. Nobody answers the phones or replies to messages.

Over the past 10 years Pilot freight has delivered to me several large items, furniture, mattresses. Prior to the pandemic they were a decent reliable service. However after the company was acquired by Maersk it has gone down hill and fast. This last delivery, they tried to deliver an item not on the specified delivery date, but another one and out of the blue I get a call they are going to deliver this large item that I'm not prepared to accept.
