Had ordered a piece of equipment that was shipped with them. I ordered it according to its delivery date. It arrived on a Thursday afternoon in Vegas, it was supposed to be delivered Friday. 2 days to get across the country and 4 days to get halfway across town... apparently it "Automatically from the computer" got rescheduled for next Tuesday according the customer service. This was needed for my business to deliver parts for emergency services but I guess we can just wait a few extra days while it sits in the warehouse for... read more
