So I’m a consumer of products and services from Ferguson, who uses Pilot Freight Services(Maersk Delivers). Well, unfortunately they claimed to had ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER a product we purchased from Ferguson, to be delivered by Pilot Freight Services, only for my 3 cameras to claim OTHERWISE of said attempted delivery. Which means the INTEGRITY of the driver, and his/her employer is highly questionable. If Ferguson continues to use this Freight company for their deliveries, they will certainly lose my business! 400121144 tracking number. How do I reply to the owner there's no option Terrible and horrible experience. I called ahead of time last week to verify that it was okay that I didn't have my old TV because it making a burning smell. The lady confirmed that it was okay. Now today arrives and they won't deliver my new tv because I didn't have the old one. I was lied to and this affects me terribly because I have autism. Very dissatisfied with the service I received. I made a large purchase for a large item with walmart and Pilot was responsible for the last leg of the delivery. I was told I'd be given a window for delivery the day before. Well, that "window" was a text stating they'd be here in 20-25mins as I was getting in the shower at 7:30-7:45 in the morning on the day of delivery (not the day before as I was directed).
