We had a scheduled pickup on Saturday 1/10 for a large damaged Amazon item. They unexpectedly arrived on a Tuesday afternoon without notice. The only reason the company is getting a 5 star review is the 5 star service offered by your employee Mr. Marquis Dunn. He was very professional and understanding that we were not expecting his arrival. He would have to move the item outside our house alone. So I’m a consumer of products and services from Ferguson, who uses Pilot Freight Services(Maersk Delivers). Well, unfortunately they claimed to had ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER a product we purchased from Ferguson, to be delivered by Pilot Freight Services, only for my 3 cameras to claim OTHERWISE of said attempted delivery.
