So I’m a consumer of products and services from Ferguson, who uses Pilot Freight Services(Maersk Delivers). Well, unfortunately they claimed to had ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER a product we purchased from Ferguson, to be delivered by Pilot Freight Services, only for my 3 cameras to claim OTHERWISE of said attempted delivery. 400121144 tracking number. How do I reply to the owner there's no option Terrible and horrible experience. I called ahead of time last week to verify that it was okay that I didn't have my old TV because it making a burning smell. The lady confirmed that it was okay.
