first the tracking information for my amazon package disappeared and claimed delivery was expected december 31st of the year 0001. i reached out to the company who claimed this was normal and asked for my phone number. they claimed i would be contacted to schedule an appointment for delivery so i could sign for the package. they finally send me a text with a link to schedule 2 weeks later. the link did not work so i called customer support who claimed my appointment was already scheduled for tomorrow from 3-7. with no real n... read more

Do not use this company! They delieved an 85 inch TV for me and it arrived broken. It more than likely has to do with them running across my property with it or slaming it down on my porch. The customer service is worse than the delivery team. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Beware!!!! Thieves This company picked up an Amazon return from my porch which they provided their own label for. Upon taking that package they also took another one that was clearly labeled “UPS please take” and had a UPS label on it. Which they had no business doing as they are not ups and have no way to scan it in. I called them to let them know and was told the driver did take my other package and they located it at their dock. Avoid at all costs. BUSINESSES, quit using this terrible shipping company. After reading the other reviews, it's clear my experience is extremely common. First day it was supposed to be delivered, it never showed, so I called and they said we can do it tomorrow. 2nd day I take off work and make sure I'm home for the delivery.
