Excellent service, phone calls are answered by a human. Questions were answered and arrangements for pick-up made. Customer service was way above expectation.
Even though my delivery arrived there damaged, they were friendly and helpful in assisting with arranging a replacement.
They shipped and delivered my 83 inch television in perfect condition. Awesome communication and friendly service!
Once I found out pilot freight was delivering my generator, I called to see if it was curbside or to the door. Brian (dispatch) gave me a confident answer that the driver (Ken) would place it at the door. All went perfect without a hitch!! Solid , professional job, thanks
