Awful shipping
Received a text the day before our package pickup was to occur that they would be there between 10 and 6 the next day. The arrival day I reached out about 2:00 to see if we could get an ETA. They said it would be after 7pm. Wasted a whole day off work to be there and they decide to show up after 7. Horrible and inconsiderate.
Can’t stand dealing with this company. Website is awful. Customer service is horrendous. No one knows what they’re doing. I don’t understand how they land contracts with companies like Amazon. Would be 0 stars if I could.
Carrier has had my Sam's club TV for 12 days and not once bothered to contact me to schedule delivery. I was expecting delivery to be automatic but for some reason you have to schedule delivery, though no one (even Sam's) informs you of this. Cannot schedule delivery online, but local (Miami) carrier terminal staff don't answer the phone and you get transferred automatically to the national office who can't even help.
