Pilot Freight delivered four large furniture packages for me, from an online retailer. They called during the week and set a 4 hour delivery window for 2 days later, and they delivered on time and within the time-frame window. The two delivery guys were very kind and helpful, and they did a great job bringing everything inside my home. Thank you, Pilot Freight services for an extremely fast, stress-free, and easy delivery experience.
Worst shipping experience ever. Tracking was horrible, I emailed them on estimated delivery date, and didn't hear from them till 3 days later via mail. Called to set up delivery, and customer service sucks. Refused delivery.
