Worst store in the entire chain. Isn't it illegal for a general manager to ban people from a store simply because they work for a certain company??? Absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer be doing any business with any Pilot in the Knoxville area. Do you ban all black folks when a black person steals from you? What about Hispanics and Vol fans?
