Terrible, had a 85" TV shipped through them from Walmart. Screen was busted up when received.

Checked in at open hour, waited for 4 and half hour, only 20% finished and no one was working on our load, and there was no other truck doing live load or unload. Then I tried to contact warehouse supervisor. Manager sent the other guy done in half hour. It is really depends on who is working on your load.

Recently bought a purple mattress that was shipped through pilot. Only complaint is you should add a day or two (at least) to the estimated delivery date for items that need to be signed for because they are unable to schedule a home delivery appointment until the item is received in the destination city. They were able to schedule it the next day in our case but I can see the wait being longer during holidays. Very unprofessional! No receipt was signed for us. They closed the store before the end of the get off work schedule, and they didn't open the door even after knocking. No staff was found!
