My girlfriend was home alone at the time. Driver thought it was a great idea to leave a heavy metal shed at our front door. Before leaving driver said “the box is superrrr heavy”…we have an open backyard with a driveway leading to it. We don’t use our front door, and she asked the driver to place the package in the backyard. I was barely able to move it over there myself. - What if she lived alone? Would she build her shed in the front yard?

Packaged didn't arrive the day it was promised. Its an item I need to sign for so I took the day off work for nothing.

All the negative comments about this company are spot on. We ordered a Blackstone Grill from Walmart and Pilot was the carrier Walmart chose to deliver it. The grill arrived at Pilots in Greer, SC on May the 30th and was scheduled to be delivered on June 5th. Due to the cost of the grill someone had to be present to sign for the delivery. By 5pm the grill had not arrived and we called Pilot. They said the grill would not be delivered until the following Tuesday. NEVER SHIP ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! I order a package and it is being shipped through this company and , my package is 5 days late , tracking has not been updated in 7 days , called to see where my package was and no one can give me information on where it is , I’ve been told to call others company’s and they would have no information either .. very disappointed because I’m out money and my daughters Christmas gift ..
