NEVER SHIP ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! I order a package and it is being shipped through this company and , my package is 5 days late , tracking has not been updated in 7 days , called to see where my package was and no one can give me information on where it is , I’ve been told to call others company’s and they would have no information either .. very disappointed because I’m out money and my daughters Christmas gift ..

Had a shipment from Sam's Club come in today and Pilot delivered. It was on time and most pleasant man on truck. After reading some reviews we were skeptical but my experience was amazing. Thank you for the great customer service. To the driver thank you for the delivery and not even blinking when we ask to have loaded on back of pick up truck. He put the item on the lift gate and husband backed up to it and he loaded right on. Truly amazing young man with great work ethic. Wish I had gotten his name.

Truck CT840 almost hit my car today changing lanes on Hwy 183. No turn signals either. He changed lanes again without a signal this time either. Apparently driver doesn't use them.

They came on the day promised and the driver was nice but they were several hours later than promised that morning. Also the truck was a disaster when he opened it. Packages falling all over each other, lots of damaged items including mine.
