Company forged Delivery paperwork on my tv saying they set up when they did not. Tv ended up being damaged now I am without. Dishonest Company do business elsewhere.
I dealt with pilot air freight due to a warranty issue on a TV. The delivery person, Oscar, was punctual and very polite. I read the other reviews and was surprised at the amount of negative posts. I had no problems at all and was very pleased with delivery !!!
I don't understand all the negative reviews, I use Pilot for Ocean and air all the time and they are the best forwarders!
