Very smart doctor. Thank you for everything. He’s a very caring doctor and explains everything to you. He takes his time, explaining everything about your health and goes over the results.
The doctor makes the patients wait for more than an hour and a half with no excuse. Our appointment was at 12.30 pm and at 1.50 we had to leave without seeing the doctor. Unbearable attitude. Now we have to change our family doctor.
The staff is rude and very unhelpful. Worse staff in the world
Horrible doctor , the staff is unbelievably impolite , careless , neglectful. For 3 months I’m trying to have authorization. They hang up on me all the time, lie all the time saying the doctor will call me. Now they don’t even pick up the phone. I am gonna file a claim.

This physician is very kind and caring and extremely bright as well and an excellent diagnostician. He is very spiritual as well mediating often on his off hours and I love that! He practices Western medicine but is well aware of the practice of Eastern medicine as well. His office is very busy in that he sees anyone in need regarless. I received the four referrals I needed within one week and that is impressive. He cured my husband's headaches too which is fantastic! I like him very much.
Doctor P is awesome absolutely the best doctor, and a great professional as well as a great person. If I could make one change I would ask that the reception be more polite to Americans (most patients are Russian, middle eastern, Israeli etc and literally every visit I've had in the last few years they expedite all others except Americans even if I have an apt I have to wait til everyone else is seen but the doctor is so great it is worth the wait. And he is so good I drive from Santa Monica!!!!
My review is not on the doctor, but on his unprofessional staff in the office that do not have any customer service skills. I am going to call the insurance and report these employees for their rude behavior towards me, for yelling and calling me names over the phone. I can't believe this is a service provided to patients or to patient's family. Change your staff, especially Anna, doctor Pilossyan. You are losing patients because of them.
