My review is not on the doctor, but on his unprofessional staff in the office that do not have any customer service skills. I am going to call the insurance and report these employees for their rude behavior towards me, for yelling and calling me names over the phone. I can't believe this is a service provided to patients or to patient's family. Change your staff, especially Anna, doctor Pilossyan. You are losing patients because of them.
