First time I tried to schedule my first Doctor's appointment in 2023 around March, they scheduled me for August with their first availability, I went to the office in August to check on my appointment and confirm, to which they replied "Doctor is on a vocation, you need to rescedule your appointment". So they didn't even notify me that the appointment I scheduled 5 months ago was cancelled. They stated they can reschedule me for another one in 3 months. Makes you wait more than 2 hours even though you schedule appointments months in advance. Some patients walk out of the clinic because they wait for 3 hours. Staff is unprofessional, when you walking they are on Tiktok and gossip with each other across the clinic. Pilossyan does not respect your patient rights and will even shame you for whatever test you request/need. Front desk ladies look like they hate their job and life; they roll their eyes and gossip while on their phones.
