This particular property when I was renting was owned by a selfish landlord who also owned other properties in St.Louis Park, Mn. Complaints was so rife regarding the No Seem’s bitting insects in the property at 2443 Pillsbury Avenue, and the scum landlord tried to evade the issue. Please do yourself a big favor, do not rent from scum landlords like this one. Thank you.
