I would like to give zero stars. The two people I talked to could not have been less concerned about the fact that my medicine is four days late. I know several companies that deliver packages overnight, it seems Amazon can't find one of them. Today is Tuesday. I called last Thursday and Amazon said my pills would arrive on the weekend. On Sunday Amazon said the shipment would arrive today. When I called today Amazon said the shipper is telling them it is scheduled to arrive on Thursday. Very inept staff. Prescriptions need to be "verified" (it's not enough that my doctor prescribes the medication, their pharmacist has to agree...) which can take days if not weeks. Often my medications arrive late and when I finally get through to someone (no easy task) they don't know what's going on and at times they are quite rude. Last time I called, they assured me that I'm not in their system. This service was great until they were purchased by Amazon. Now my medications sometimes show up late causing me to miss doses. They’ve also made mistakes by omitting a medication from my order. I’m now looking for an alternative pharmacy. UPDATE: MY SHIPMENT IS LATE AGAIN! PILLPACK IS BECOMING A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. HOW CAN THEY KEEP HAVING SHIPPING ISSUES??? THEY NEED TO FIX THIS.
They are, to a person, very nice on the phone, so I give them two stars. Unfortunately, you have to REALLY stay on top of your order and advocate for your medication to a degree I've never experienced at an in-person pharmacy. For refills, they'll contact your doctor six times, but contact the patient only once. And then they just stop reaching out/assume you've closed the account. I recommend adding alarms or calendar events when your prescription is expected and especially when it expires--and then start calling PillPack. ... read more
