I would like to give zero stars. The two people I talked to could not have been less concerned about the fact that my medicine is four days late. I know several companies that deliver packages overnight, it seems Amazon can't find one of them. Today is Tuesday. I called last Thursday and Amazon said my pills would arrive on the weekend. On Sunday Amazon said the shipment would arrive today. When I called today Amazon said the shipper is telling them it is scheduled to arrive on Thursday. Very inept staff. Prescriptions need to be "verified" (it's not enough that my doctor prescribes the medication, their pharmacist has to agree...) which can take days if not weeks. Often my medications arrive late and when I finally get through to someone (no easy task) they don't know what's going on and at times they are quite rude. Last time I called, they assured me that I'm not in their system.
