Save yourself the trouble and never live in a building owned by York Property Management they’re the definition of corporate evil. York clearly has no respect for the building and it shows when you walk the halls or take the elevator and it’s full of spit marks and garbage. But don’t worry they’ll raise the rent at any chance and you’ll spent time wondering why when you can see everyday that nobody works here and nothing ever gets better.
Very nice and friendly landlord. Apartment is quiet for the most part. About once a week someone has a loud tv or loud music. Other than that its a very nice place to live.
