I had a very concerning experience involving Dr. Carlson and Dr. Dagher. I came to this practice with serious ongoing medical concerns, including neck/throat symptoms, neurological-type symptoms, pain, and a complex medical history that required careful review of my records. Wouldn’t recommend this office. Doctor seemed annoyed and uninterested the whole time we spoke, she forgot to order my scripts and I had to call to remind them, I never got a call with test results when I was told I would, very young MAs tried to take blood and didn’t use gloves and it took over 20 minutes. I called for the test results and never got to speak with the doctor again to go over them, I was just told they’d be in my patient portal. I was a patient of Dr. Carlson’s for 9 years. When she left the practice, no one told me. I arrived for a visit today and waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes, something that NEVER happened with Dr. Carlson. I was notified in the exam room that I was seeing a new doctor. I waited 15 minutes in the exam room and decided to leave. I drove an hour to see Dr. Carlson and this was my last visit at this office. Pillay isn’t very good .The wait time isn’t long & Pillay seems like a nice Doctor, but he was 1 of 2 doctors who I saw in 2022 who misdiagnosed my diastis recti as being closed when it was almost a 4. They didn’t check my lower abdomen. It may have been one of his assistants who checked instead of him. It still put off my therapy to fix it by 1.5 years almost & I had to request therapy myself just on a hunch that my core wasn’t functioning properly & thankfully my Physical Therapist figured it all out and healed my core wit... read more
