They want you to build your own Case Management caseload to accumulate enough billable hours before receiving pay. I was told I need to call around and "sell myself" to try to receive clients and if I gathered enough clients to produce X amount of billable hours then I would be paid. What a joke. Wouldn't recommend.
They promise you all kinds of hours then don’t deliver on it..... also, I had a scheduled day off and they couldn’t reach me so the sent the police over to my house to do a “is he ok?” check.....what freaking company does that on your day off??? Very poor agency to work for IMHO
