I had a wonderful experience in my honesty of being there, and all the therapists there were awesome as well as the receptionist staff. I could go back if I could (I know I have different insurance), if only pillars were to retain most of their staff rather than leaving for various reasons.
I was honestly surprised when I read some of the negative reviews because my personal experience with Pillars has been nothing but positive. From the very beginning, I felt supported, respected, and truly listened to. The staff I worked with were compassionate, professional, and genuinely cared about my well-being. Wanted to end therapy wasnt really helpful for my situation. So I called the front desk and told them like I'd to cancel up coming appointments and I'd rather do it with them then having the uncomfortable conversation of why im choosing not to continue therapy with the therapist. Well that didnt work at all. They pretty much said nope shes goona call you anyway and she did and it was awkward.
