I had a wonderful experience in my honesty of being there, and all the therapists there were awesome as well as the receptionist staff. I could go back if I could (I know I have different insurance), if only pillars were to retain most of their staff rather than leaving for various reasons.
I was honestly surprised when I read some of the negative reviews because my personal experience with Pillars has been nothing but positive. From the very beginning, I felt supported, respected, and truly listened to. The staff I worked with were compassionate, professional, and genuinely cared about my well-being.
