Both Matt and Nathan came to inspect the house I was interested in purchasing. They were very thorough and explained how issues could be addressed (and made it easy to understand which things I could possibly do on my own vs. needing a professional). They unfortunately found way more issues than I was comfortable with at the price I was going to pay, so I backed out.
