I have used *****and his team for two personal home purchases. ***** himself performed the First and ****** ****** performed the second. I was happy enough with their level of professionalism and thoroughness that I have and will continue to recommend them to clients. They are a top shelf, 5 star company.
This fall, I had a natural gas line installed. The city inspector came out to assess the gas line installation. Upon reviewing the gas line, he had noticed that the domestic water line entering from the street is made of PVC pipes, which is not up to code (must be copper or PEX) and must be changed immediately. Had Pillar to Post notified me that PVC pipe is used for drainage and not for potable water (drinking water), I would have had this issue addressed by the home seller. City Building Inspectors will check on things in your home to make sure they are up to building code and sometimes they will look at things that they aren't there for. During a home inspection a Home Inspector is checking to make sure your systems are working and for safety, it is not a code inspection.
The Miranda team home inspectors provided quick and flexible scheduling, which was helpful. At the time of the inspection, we were shown every nook and cranny around the condo. All the given information was useful! We were given future recommendations on what and when to check or replace things. The inspection report was provided the next day, which was impressive. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our inspection and recommend them to all of our family and friends.
