Dan was extremely personable, thorough, detailed and walked me through everything he did and saw. Dan left me a report that even detailed the appliances in the house and suggested “fixes” for the little things you get to see when doing the inspection. I highly recommend to anyone who’s buying a house, call Dan and his team, you will not be disappointed .
Long story short, we will never use another inspection company again beside Pillar To Post Home. We just bought a house and our first inspector unfortunately missed quite a few very important items regarding the house's condition, which we were to find out after closing. We called Pillar To Post Home under recommendation of my uncle (who hires them frequently for his properties).
