Fast and friendly. Paid extra for the radon testing but I'm glad we did as it gave us peace of mind and negotiation power for closing on our first home. Jeff did a great job informing us about equipment maintenance.
I'm finally editing this review after leaving in this new house for several months. The issues I'm describing were existing when the inspector inspected my home. They missed obvious things like electrical issues, improper installment of water heater systems, problems with air conditioning systems, curtain and blinds problems, even something as simple escrines missing from crawl space vents. The work they did was very quick and rushed. I would strongly recommend going with another inspector
