WORST Inspection EVER!!! The guy literally told us (in front of the homeowners) that there were only three things that he found. A window in the garage (we'd likely never use) needed the spring fixed to ensure it stayed open, the hand rail on the deck was too big to consider "graspable", and the deck was fine but standards had changed in 13 years and that "it was perfectly stable but code requires bolts instead of screws on specific joints now".
