Find someone else other than Jerry Reed to do your home inspection or 203k consultation. I used Pillar to Post for my 203k consultation. I personally did 95% of his job for him including making architectural drawings. Then a month later my loan fell through. Mr. Reed outright refused to give me any kind of a partial refund for work he didn't perform. He was supposed to be my representative and advocate through the whole loan and construction process.
