Would never recommend. Sent out Barry whose title is "certified pool operator" to look at our bulkhead for a buyer, he spent 15 minutes and took some photos. Wes the owner of the team then came up with his own calculations implying the entire bulkhead needed replacement, ultimately killing the whole Real Estate Transaction. We had 5 Bulkhead/Marine Contractors already inspect along with a pre-inspection.
