Got an inspection last year. I wish I would of gotten another option with better advice. First time home buyer. Mold was found behind in my walls after suffering from health problems. I know it's not inspectors fault but I would have love if I was told to get a mold test. I wish I never bought this house. Also have to get an asbestos test. I have to say that I was going thru chemo at the time when I bought the house so I wasn't in my right mind either. Now I have to pay for the mold removal and remodel out of pocket.
