Got an inspection last year. I wish I would of gotten another option with better advice. First time home buyer. Mold was found behind in my walls after suffering from health problems. I know it's not inspectors fault but I would have love if I was told to get a mold test. I wish I never bought this house. Also have to get an asbestos test.
