I wasn’t able to be there for the inspection. My wife went by herself. Being a trades person I understand the language. My wife on the other hand was full of questions. Our home inspection went very well and they explained all to her.
Thomas did an extremely thorough job inspecting the house we were looking to buy. When he was finished he went through every point in great detail making sure I understood everything that was listed. I would totally recommend using him to anyone looking to buy a home.
