Our PTP Inspector (Evan) was very friendly and methodical in his details of the issues he found during our home inspection. He reviewed his findings personally with us before submitting his report. One issue that we were concerned with was a tall tree nearby the house that appears to be in decay and ready to fall. Highly recommended

Evan was very thorough and helped us see some issues with a house we were looking to buy. Those issues weren’t able to be seen by us. He’s very knowledgeable and does a great job at explaining what he saw. Unfortunately, our signals got crossed and I missed the inspection itself. We had two postponements before it got inspected and I wasn’t aware of the time change. He was so through with the house we looked at before, we used him again. Highly recommend
I had a good experience on a previous home that made me feel comfortable to request them again. The inspector on the home we did purchase noted everything wrong with the previous house so we didn't purchase it. On the home we did buy, when we moved in we knew nothing was wrong because he was so thorough on the previous home. Well we moved in we noticed mold and cabinet bottoms had been replaced with plywood that he took photos of but didn't include in his report the cabinet bottoms were plywood and had mold all over the dryw... read more
