Jovan did my inspection. He was incredibly thorough and prompt with my inspection report. He definitely found and pointed out things I would not have noticed which is nice for the BINSR as well as for my own piece of mind
Taeya and the team over at Pillar to Post are top notch! Excellent customer service, thorough inspections and great communication with the customer. I would happily recommend them to someone looking into purchasing or selling a home. Thank you Taeya!
Left House with Skylight broken (no hail, rain, wind in past days), pool autofill turned off, from 9 am to 3 pm abused my house, fabricated items that were not in violation, and left house in disarray, did not leave the house in a manner they walked into.....have visual cameras around house spotted electrical box left open, not secured, when notifying Owner of these infractions, he HUNG UP the phone without any resolution....Your choice to use these characters at your peril!!!
Chad and his team are incredibly reliable, thorough, and quick to respond when you need them most. He was available on short notice for a client, and his attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. As a realtor, I truly appreciate having someone I can count on, and I will be recommending him to all my future clients!
Super professional - I love the DETAILED report :)
