John did an inspection for a client of mine. It was the WORSE inspection I have ever had !!! He missed obvious items, either I are my client had to point them out to him. I also had to correct him on an item he mis identified. His unprofessional opinions and lack of efficiency ended up costing my Buyer thousands of dollars !!! His company did nothing to compensate my buyer !!! They did not even return the cost of the inspection which was $1,000 +/- The company's E & O insurance was worthless as well !
