We bought a home that Erik Gertsen inspected for the previous owner. He gave a clean bill of health to the house at the time. We had our own stucco inspection done after purchasing the house, and found very contradictory results. Our inspector and contractors said there's no way this damage all happened since Erik's inspection; they even said his inspection did not seem kosher.
