They treat customers very poorly. When I made an appointment, she said I could pay then or when they came to do a mold test. I called 25 minutes after the time arrived; half an hour later I called. The girl told me she would call me back in a moment. A man called me, claiming to be the owner, and he started saying that if I didn't pay before then I wouldn't come. He started being very rude, I asked for his name and he still told me that he didn't care because he was the owner. Wow! The appointment was cancelled.
