Steven is very knowledgeable.
Good inspection. He personally called and visited with me about positive things as well as issues, very easy to understand.
I live across country so have not actually seen the residence I am purchasing. That makes Steven's job that much more important to me. He has done a diligent , thorough job and has given great advice.
My husband and I are so happy Steven was our home inspector! He is professional, polite and very thorough! Reports we received are extremely detailed and recommendations were given for each find. We appreciate him so much! HIGHLY recommend!!
