I do not recommend using this company. The inspection seemed thorough at the time, but upon moving in we found many things wrong that should have been caught on the inspection. When I reached out via email to ask questions, I never received a response.
Chris was nice and professional. He explained everything in great detail. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
