Scott at Pillar To Post was great to work with. He performed a 4 point inspection for us. He showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and provided a thorough explanation of the process before he got started. We received a complete report the next day. Five stars, will use them again.
We were disappointed with our home inspection experience and wouldn’t recommend this inspector. The day we moved in, we noticed water dripping from an air vent in the kitchen. We initially assumed it was a minor issue, but once the kitchen ceiling was removed during renovations, we discovered multiple HVAC ducts were dripping and had to replace all of the ductwork.
